The location was perfect for walking to the Duomo and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing personalized service.

VERY small shower cubicle. Broken... Medium cleaning. Bad noise insulation... It's cold in the room. WeFi doesn't work well.

The room of place was great-sized with a bath. The location was favourable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval stone bridge.

The breakfast options were quite limited and unappealing. The coffee served at breakfast was disappointing, not matching Italy's reputation. The room I stayed in was notably cramped, much smaller than depicted in the photos, which limited my space for luggage.

Excellent location - very close to the station and 5 minutes from the center. Breakfast is modest but sufficient, you will not stay hungry, the staff is polite and courteous.

Location sits just a short stroll from major attractions. It's super convenient. The room felt more spacious than I expected, a nice surprise after reading about smaller sizes. Daily housekeeping ensured cleanliness throughout my stay. I appreciated the charming, old-school decor in the lobby. WiFi connectivity could be better. It was weak and made browsing frustrating. Breakfast options were basic, lacking some variety I hoped for. One thing to note is that the shower pressure fluctuated, which may be tricky for some. It provided decent value for the price during my short trip.

the bedroom and bathroom was looking shabby and the shower very small, the view from the room was of a scruffy rooftop area. There was no bar as stated in the information

Very close to the train station and city tour bus. Close to the centre and river side walk.

Comparing to other nicer hotels we stayed in roma and milan, this was the higher that we have paid for but not the nicer. Quite old but still clean.

It's located very near to Ferenze s m station. The hotel room is very clean . The breakfast menu was very proper. In a single sentence it's fully value of money. Excellent

I was told not to stay near the train station, but I don't really know why. This hotel was a five minute walk so it was very convenient, the street was busy (but no noise heard at night) and very convenient to to the outdoor markets (we loved that). Everything was in close walking distance, the staff was great, breakfast was simple but what we expected. Air conditioning broke one night and there was a repairman there first thing the next morning! Beds were reasonably comfortable.

WiFi didn't work in the room so we had to make Skype calls in the public lobby (where mosquitoes had access so we ended up with lots of bites).
